I have never done Acupuncture before. I have chronic neck pain, back pain, and a couple of other issues. I have my first visit with Sam yesterday. For the first time, in at least 6 years, I am able to rotate my head to see to the side and behind me with no pain. Just one treatment! This is amazing and Sam explained the process to me and is going to do so much more for me. I highly recommend this.

I cannot recommend Melinda and Life River Acupuncture highly enough. Dr. Melinda Hung is a trusted senior practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with over 30 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare administration, and medical communication. She is widely known for her expertise in managing complex and chronic conditions and has been recognized with multiple awards for her excellence in patient-centered communication and integrative treatment approaches.
As the founder of the clinic, Dr. Hung has successfully treated a wide range of health concerns, including chronic pain, fertility issues, podiatric conditions such as plantar fasciitis, diabetic foot care, and gout, cancer-related and chemotherapy-induced pain, post-stroke rehabilitation, menopause, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sports injuries, migraines, stress-related disorders, sleep problems, digestive issues, immune system imbalance, allergies, and pediatric conditions.

DR. SAM TSENG
After Dr. Sam Tseng obtained his doctoral degree, he passed the License Exam of the California Acupuncture Board and became a Licensed California Acupuncturist. He focuses on sports injuries, various pain management, and especially instant pain relief, such as neck pain, back pain, knee pain, osteoarthritis pain and Sciatica. He also makes efforts in modernizing the application of herbal medicine and research painless acupuncture applications. He has been practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to the Roseville Area in 2019.

Dr. Tseng started to learn the skill of acupuncture to cure himself and the team members in need of his treatment in high-level Judo and Martial Arts in his early twenties. In addition to pain managment acupuncture, Dr. Tseng expanded his focus to cosmetic acupuncture, and cranial pressure relase therapy (a unique treatment developed by Dr. Tseng to help relieving sleep disorders).
